MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: HEALTH CARE & LIFE SCIENCES PRACTICE (Life Sciences/FDA Regulatory) Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice.  Ideally, the candidate would work from the firm’s Chicago office, but candidates seeking to work in one of EBG’s other locations will be considered. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience and possess expertise in those aspects of health regulatory law applicable to the development and commercialization of FDA-regulated products including FDA regulatory matters, fraud and abuse, advertising and promotion, and clinical research.  Experience negotiating commercial agreements is preferred but not
