Job Description The Legal Counsel or Project Manager, Commercial Transactions will provide project management for substantial commercial negotiations and lead strategic improvement efforts directed at processes and tools for making our legal, contract, and negotiation support for commercial transactions more effective. This role requires subject matter expertise in both the legal and process dimensions of commercial contracts and negotiations practice.
