POSITION OVERVIEW As a member of the Firmwide Legal Recruiting & Development Department (“LRD”), the Legal Recruiting & Development Specialist for the Salt Lake City location will provide strategic support to the legal recruiting efforts of this office. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for   numerous Attorney Engagement initiatives including the Women’s Leadership (WLI), Affinity Group initiatives, mentoring programs and lateral integration. This position requires a high level of collaboration with attorneys and staff and the ability to work independently, as well as the exercise of independent judgment.
