Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join its highly ranked nationally recognized Environmental Law practice group as a non-partnership track Senior Attorney in our Washington, DC or Richmond, VA office. An attorney in this position will be benefits eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of between 1200 – 1800 hours.   Qualified applicants will have at least five years of experience in private practice, a trade association, or a government agency with an emphasis on chemical control regulation under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and related state regulatory programs.
