Job Summary:Performs routine technical reviews of water district applications and supporting documentation. Reviews district applications to ensure compliance with applicable policies and administrative codes, and statues; communicates with external and internal customers; prepares reports and/or correspondence to summarize all data changes and provides technical assistance when needed.Essential Duties:Perform routine technical reviews of district applications (e.g. purchase of facilities, escrow releases, surplus funds, change in project scope, emergency approval, bonds, creations, addition of powers, director appointment, name changes, fire plans, etc.), to ensure compliance with appropriate statutes and Texas Commission on Enviro
