Orlando Real Estate Associate Attorney
The Orlando office of Akerman LLP seeks an Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, experience in financing, leasing, acquisition and sales transactions and land use and development, particularly in the homebuilder industry.  The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, be proactive and detail-oriented, and have a thorough knowledge of real estate acquisition and sale transactions, development and building issues, contract administration and closing work, title insurance, survey, and closing requirements, all as applied to commercial real estate development and transactions.
