The Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein is looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in a fully remote, consultation-only role. This is a great fit for someone seeking a more balanced schedule while still making a meaningful impact.
??? What You’ll Do
Conduct 10–12 scheduled consultations per day via Zoom or phone
Advise prospective clients on:
Family-based immigration
Employment-based visas
Removal defense
Non-immigrant visas
Investment visas
Evaluate case viability, recommend legal strategies, and explain next steps
Quote fees and partner with our internal team to convert consultations into retained clients
No filings. No court. No case management.
(All consultations are scheduled by our in-house call center—you focus on the legal work.)
? What We’re Looking For
10+ years practicing immigration law
5+ years of client consultation experience
Licensed and in good standing in any U.S. state
Strong, compassionate communicator who builds trust quickly
Comfortable with Zoom, VOIP, and CRM tools (we use Lali Law CRM)
