We are seeking a licensed attorney to join our growing team in Gulfport. This position is ideal for a dedicated legal professional who is fluent in Spanish and committed to serving immigrant communities. While prior immigration experience is preferred, it is not required. We’re looking for someone with strong advocacy skills, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for justice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations in English and Spanish
Represent clients in immigration and state court proceedings
Draft and file motions, briefs, and legal documents
Manage a diverse caseload including:
Removal defense
Family-based immigration (e.g., Adjustment of Status)

Manage a diverse caseload including:
Removal defense
Family-based immigration (e.g., Adjustment of Status)
Humanitarian relief including Asylum, VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, TPS, Parole, Cuban Adjustment Act
Special Immigrant Juven...ile (SIJ) cases and related custody matters in state court
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state or territory
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
Willingness to live in or relocate to Gulfport, Mississippi
Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in immigration law or courtroom advocacy
Familiarity with humanitarian immigration forms and procedures
