Position Summary:

• Assist the Director with overall clinical operations and management as well as assume a leadership role in the Director's absence.
• Provide back up to clinic administrative staff and clinic students
• Administer reimbursements, purchase orders, and facility work orders from clinical faculty and staff.
• Handle expense management and travel arrangements of clinic faculty and staff.
• Assist the Director with event planning and office management.
• Assist the Director with semesterly registration efforts and recruitment.
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments within the law school and Rutgers University such as computer services, parking, facilities, finance, and procurement.
• Perform a variety of advanced word processing and spreadsheets on databases for standard reporting.
  
  

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, writing, and promotion/outreach.
• Also requires a minimum of two years relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function, good communication skills, and computer literacy.
