JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development process for predominately single-tenant retail projects from conceptualization through occupancy consistent with schedule and budget.  Responsibilities will include handling entitlements, easements, and governmental relations. In addition, the Senior Project Manager will assume additional project responsibilities as the company maintains an active and constant development pipeline.
