Description Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Contract/Legal Intern will be actively involved in creating, reviewing and editing legal documents and contracts, will assist in optimizing workflow processes for contracts, trademark licensing agreements and non-disclosure agreements, and will research and monitor legal matters pertinent to the industry and provide summaries of new developments as needed.
