Labor Relations Advocate
This position will work a hybrid schedule which is a combination of working onsite on Campus and Remote.DESCRIPTIONUnder the general direction of the Sr. Director of HR Strategy & Policy, the incumbent performs a variety of job functions involving extremely complex legal issues that require expert knowledge of collective bargaining law and demonstrated advocacy, communication, analytical and organizational skills. The incumbent represents all levels of management in formal adversarial dispute resolution processes.
