I. PURPOSE OF POSITION Provide outstanding staff support services in securing transmission and communication easements (distribution easements as needed) Provide real estate research for varying project needs within the Cooperative. Develop and maintain system records for all system easements. Implement a plan for contract services used in the procurement of easements as needed.
