Public Records Compliance Coordinator and Special Assistant to the General Counsel
Job Description: The Public Records Compliance Coordinator will coordinate the university's response to public records requests in accordance with Ohio's public records law, ORC 149.43 et seq. The public records compliance coordinator will also coordinate responses to subpoenas and other requests for records. This position also provides key administrative support to the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, and performs a liaison function between university attorneys and the campus community. *Note that any work that is considered the practice of law is performed under the supervision of attorneys.Uses independent judgment to coordinate responses to public records requests in compliance with Ohio's Public Record
