USC Gould School of Law is seeking applications for a Resource Employee, internally titled, staff attorney, for a temporary six-month part-time position (15-30 hours per week).  The temporary position would be available from December 2023 to June 2024. The staff attorney would be responsible for providing support for USC Student and Staff Immigrant Legal Assistance Project which provides informational sessions, free legal consultation, brief service, pro per assistance, and limited direct legal representation for certain USCIS application for USC students, staff, and close family members.  The staff attorney would work under the supervision of the co-directors of the Immigration Clinic.  Common issues handled include naturalization applications, DACA ren
