Summary:   This position will supervise staff responsible for the development of engineering designs, design cost estimates and communication of technical and design information to Cooperative members, government entities and third-party builders and developers. This position will assist in the professional and technical development of department designers and technical staff. This position will also manage and evaluate the performance of assigned technical staff and proactively initiate measures to correct instances of work product not meeting established quality standards. The selected person will develop and communicate solutions to inquiries from members, government staff and officials, builders and developers and internal company personnel.
