POSITION SUMMARYAccurately prepare loan documentation packages for Commercial and Consumer loans and transmit to the Lending Team within a timely manner. Support regulations for all loan product types, including Consumer Real Estate (TRID) and provide the services of a gatekeeper for the Bank’s Credit Policy.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESProvide effective and efficient preparation of loan documents.Ensure all loan packages transmitted are complete and accurate, following all Bank and industry guidelines.Support telephone and email inquiries from Lending Teams.
