The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (“Commission” or “PSC”), No. 1003 Estate Ross, Suite 4, St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands, 00802, invites submittal of Statements of Qualifications (QS) from qualified candidates. I. Introduction The Commission is seeking qualifications from highly qualified candidates to serve as Hearing Examiners to conduct hearings and formal dockets pertaining to regulated utilities matters. The Hearing Examiner reviews and interprets public utilities local and federal regulations, conducts hearings, and renders recommendations of an appropriate order or decision by the PSC.
