What We DoThe mission of Human Resources is to be a collaborative and strategic partner, using fair and equitable practices to attract, hire, develop, support and retain a highly-qualified workforce, and to mitigate liability through effective loss prevention programs. As a Division of Human Resources, Risk Management administers Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Employee Leaves, and Benefits. The Division is responsible for insurance administration and liability claims management, safety and injury/illness prevention and employment-related ADA/interactive processes, and partners with the City Attorney's office in coordinating Citywide litigation. What We're Looking ForThe City of Beverly Hills is seeking a
