Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager
The Office of EEO and Title IX Compliance is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to provide administrative support on a full-time basis for two administrators. The Office is responsible for reviewing confidential complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. Duties and Responsibilities: • Establishing and managing a department investigation records database• Managing other department records (electronic and hard copy) • Handling training inquiries and generating reports in the learning management system • Compiling information and exhibits for investigation reports • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for the department administration
