DescriptionSummary:The HIM Tech Senior is responsible for reviewing each discharged patient's medical record for incomplete or missing documents according to hospital policy and Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and assigning deficiencies to the responsible provider(s) for completion. The HIM Tech Senior will be responsible for suspension notifications, preparation and distribution of the suspension list, and prompt notification when a provider has been removed from the suspension list.
