Reporting to the Director, Community Standards, this position assists the Director and the UNH campus as a leader in efforts to promote, enforce, and administer the Student Code of Conduct and foster a safe campus community.The Associate Director has central responsibilities in the oversight of Community Standards which includes: (1) supervising the student conduct coordinator and indirectly supervising student staff members and student interns; (2) providing oversight to investigations managed within the office and training for investigators; (3) serving as a key decision-maker for significant conduct matters including chairing hearing panels; (4) collaborating with key campus stakeholders including legal counsel, the Civil Rights & Equity Office, and the University Police Department; (5)
