Jointly, the Trauma and Learning Policy Initiative (TLPI) and the Child Advocacy Program (CAP) advocate for the creation of child-serving systems that are trauma-sensitive, healing-centered and antiracist, enabling all children to learn, heal and thrive. We utilize law and policy as tools for transforming public systems like schools that impact children and families. Through our legal clinics and courses, we teach law students the theory and skills they need to become future leaders in systemic change advocacy.
