JOB DESCRIPTION: Tenet is seeking an attorney with a healthcare regulatory and compliance background, including expertise in federal and state fraud and abuse laws and regulations, conditions of participation, and conducting internal investigations, to serve in the role of Regulatory Counsel within the Regulatory Group of the Tenet Law Department. Significant experience counseling hospitals, physician groups and academic medical centers about compliance and regulatory issues is highly desirable. Former experience as a government healthcare fraud attorney is also highly desirable.
