Job Summary: The Associate General Counsel will report day-to-day to the Deputy General Counsel. They will be responsible for supporting WMCHealth by providing legal counsel and drafting and negotiating agreements under the supervision of the Vice President of Legal Affairs and the General Counsel. Responsibilities: Drafting, editing, and negotiating a full range of health care contracts, including agreements for clinical and administrative services, managed care and commercial payor agreements, complex commercial transactions and strategic business arrangements, license agreements, purchasing agreements, employment agreements, clinical trial agreements
