Director of Safety & Job Training
Essential Duties Primary Responsibilities: Plan, develop and implement effective safety and job training programs by promoting safety on a continuing basis.  Present monthly safety meetings for all employees and monitor their effectiveness in reducing and/or eliminating workplace accidents and communicate findings with the CEO.   Develop and provide monthly safety board reports in a timely manner while filing and maintaining records of all accident investigation reports. Also, develop and maintain OSHA-required reports of work-related employee injuries and illnesses.   Investigate all employee injuries and coordinate the investigation of all other Cooperative accidents and follow up on preventive measures to eliminate reoccurrence and main
