Career Center

Represents the USCCB and provides legal advice on a wide range of legal matters of interest to the Church, with principal focus on immigration and nationality law, contracts law and corporate law.  Contributes to the Bishops’ strategic plan for the Conference.  Demonstrates willingness and ability to understand, respect, and contribute to the USCCB mission and to fulfill job duties in accordance with its Catholic identity. Primary Office of General Counsel liaison and legal advisor to Migration Refugee Services Department. Provides legal advice and drafting regarding all contracts, including government contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements, hotel and facilities contracts; and agreements for business-related goods and services.  Consults as needed with other OGC law
