DEPARTMENT: EMERGING ADULTS PROGRAM CLASSIFICATION: FULL-TIME, EXEMPT    REPORTS TO: SUPERVISING ATTORNEY, EMERGING ADULTS PROGRAM Program Overview The Emerging Adults Program provides legal services to youth and emerging adults (young people between the ages of 18-24) impacted by the criminal justice system who are seeking to remove barriers imposed by their juvenile and criminal records through expungement and sealing, health care waivers, and certificates. The Program also supports youth facing allegations of juvenile aftercare (parole) violations by providing legal representation at the parole revocation hearings. Position Overview
