Patient Financial Services Representative 3
As part of the Administrative Support Team, the Patient Financial Services (PFS) Representative 3 is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of subpoenas, affidavits, and all formal and/or legal requests for PFS billing documentation in accordance with privacy, HIPAA and all other regulations.  The PFS Rep 3 will also be part of a team phone rotation accepting approximately 10-15 calls/day from attorneys.  The PFS Rep 3 will also be seen as a subject matter expert and contribute to process improvement and innovation.
