Patient Financial Services Representative 2
As part of the Administrative Support Team, the Patient Financial Services (PFS) Representative 2 is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of subpoenas, affidavits, and all formal and/or legal requests for PFS billing documentation in accordance with privacy, HIPAA and all other regulations. The PFS Rep 2 will also be part of a team phone rotation accepting approximately 10-15 calls from attorneys and motor vehicle accident (MVA) administrators. The primary schedule for this position will be 8:30-5:00.
