Holland & Hart is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the firm in its Denver location. Holland & Hart will accept applications on an ongoing basis until the position has been filled.   Position Requirements Ideal candidates will have 2-4 of years of experience in traditional labor and employment experience, be strong writers, and possess excellent research and analytical skills. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background, have compelling law school experience (e.g., law review, law journal, etc.) and/or have judicial clerkship experience. We are seeking candidates who can take depositions, handle administrative hearings, and serve as second chair in trials. A federal clerkship is highly desired but not required.
