DescriptionSummary:The Paralegal Senior supports CHRISTUS attorneys in connection with contracts, transactions, operational, regulatory and corporate governance matters, with an emphasis on agreement and other document review and preparation. This position works in conjunction with and under the supervision of designated attorneys and may have significant interaction with outside counsel and other Legal department personnel.
