Senior Manager, Subspecialty Initiatives   The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the nation’s leading advocacy organization for children’s healthcare, is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused leader to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects for assigned AAP subspecialty sections. Key responsibilities include guiding policy development and administration; developing professional resources, education, and member affinity programs; serving as a liaison to partner organizations; and managing the implementation of grants and subcontract agreements. This role will lead highly visible initiatives related to the pediatric hospital medicine subspecialty and the hospital
