The Community College of Baltimore County seeks a dynamic candidate for the Part-Time Assistant General Counsel role in the Office of General Counsel.  The Office of General Counsel provides legal representation, advice and counsel in variety of substantive areas of law affecting the College.  This position will focus primarily in the following areas: contracts, labor and employment, litigation, student affairs, civil rights, constitutional law, public records, policy development, privacy, intellectual property, conflict of interest, ethics, insurance, risk management and compliance, among others.  This position reports directly to the General Counsel.
