PURPOSE Provides legal and administrative support to In-House Counsel and ensures the efficient operation of the legal department by assisting with legal research, document preparation, regulatory compliance, and other legal and administrative tasks to support the Cooperative. RELATIONSHIPS Reports to In-House Counsel and, as designated, other employees of the Cooperative. Coordinates with the Cooperative's outside General Counsel as directed. Collaborates with all persons within the Cooperative to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Engages with state and federal agencies/courts, other attorneys, lending institutions, insurance companies, contracted parties, landowners, the Cooperative's members,
