Position DescriptionThe Senior Director of the Office of Clinical and Pro Bono Programs (OCP) will serve as key deputy to the Associate Dean for Academic Programs, working closely on developing, strengthening and managing the clinical academic and pro bono programs, strategy, and operations. This position will manage a team of senior level direct reports including practicing attorneys. As a Senior Director you will: STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF OCP Partner with Associate Dean to manage annual strategic planning process for OCP. Oversee operational management and track progress towards annual and multi-year strategic plan.
