We are seeking a Civil and Domestic Paralegal to join our small office located in Rock Hill, SC. As a crucial member of our team, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in civil and domestic cases. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and assisting in trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in civil and domestic law, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
In this role, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills to liaise with clients, court personnel, and legal professionals. Proficiency in legal software and technology is preferred.
