In this role, the Contracts Analyst, Sr actively manages the process of contract review and negotiation while providing guidance and consultation to our IS team, IS Leadership and business owners as needed.Essential Duties:Review, process and negotiate IS related contracts; provide redline review and recommendations based on our IS standards; flagging both legal and business issues for negotiation.Negotiate directly with vendor and/or vendor attorneys or internal staff until consensus has been reached on all points and provide coaching, review, and feedback of contracts for internal staff assist until consensus has been reached on all points.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines consistently.A
