JOB SUMMARYThe Support Services Representative is responsible for functioning as the "conduit" of communication between all departments of the Centralized Business Services (CBS) and other departments with Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH). Includes but not limited to Attorney Liaisons, Bankruptcy, and File Support Staff units.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEMaintains and updates patient records for Bankruptcy filings.Maintains and complies with Attorney Requests.Helps the Centralized Business Services and other departments by pulling data as requested for audits.Records all notes as needed for mail returns, requests for records, etc.Accountable for the scanning and indexing of documents in
