Broker Coordinator (m/w/d) will support our team of commercial real estate brokers by managing administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills in English and German.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist brokers in managing real estate transactions from listing to closing, including preparing and reviewing documents, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to brokers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining client databases.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, online advertisements.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Conduct market research and analysis to support brokers in identifying potential opportunities and making informed decisions.
Independent creation of presentations for international clients
Coordinate with other departments on behalf of broker for the creation of pitch/proposal as needed.
Knowledge & Experience:
Vocational Training in Real Estate or Bachelorâ™s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
First working experience within the commercial real estate industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
