The Blank Assistant III (Legal Assistant III) is responsible for managing attorney insurance and legal request for records. Additionally, the Blank assistant III is responsible for reporting and tracking a breach in medical record information. The Legal assistant works closely with attorneys, courts and patients in the resolution of their release of information request. This position performs daily and other scheduled functions using various systems that store health information and is required to review, analyze and make decision regarding the appropriate release of health information.
