What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is a seeking a Legal Clinics Coordinator to support the mission of the university by providing legal and administrative support to leadership faculty and staff within the Baylor School of Law. This position will assist in the planning and implementing of programs, projects and events.

A high school diploma and three years of relevant experience is required. A Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

• Provide legal and administrative support to faculty directors of clinical and pro bono programs
• Assist in preparation of legal documents
• Serve as primary contact with clients and applicants with the Legal Clinics
• Manage records and database systems and ensure confidentiality of all office records
• Coordinate Monthly Legal Advice Clinics for Veterans
• Coordinate case referrals to attorneys in private practice
• Coordinate Estate Planning Intake, Drafting, and Finalization
• Coordinate Intellectual Property Law Clinic
• Coordinate People's Law School and Pro Bono Program
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
• Ability to comply with university policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
