The Title IX Coordinator ensures that SUNY Fredonia meets all statutes and regulations under Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, VAWA, and the Clery Act and Section 129B of the NYS Education Law by overseeing all related investigations and reporting. They contribute to the health of the campus by working in close partnership with the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and university leadership fulfilling our legal obligations but also working in partnership with the rest of the Office to proactively and positively impact our community with the goal of enhancing an environment that fosters personal, professional, and academic success for all.
