DescriptionSummary: The Senior International Paralegal supports assigned Legal Department attorneys in the drafting, comparison, and distribution of agreements, obtaining physical or electronic signatures, supporting transactions and corporate governance matters, with an emphasis on agreement and other document review and preparation in both Spanish and English. This position works in conjunction with and under the supervision of designated international attorneys and may have significant interaction with in-house attorneys in our Latin American subsidiaries and outside counsel in Latin America.
