Duties/Responsibilities:50%: Visa/Immigration ConsultantServe as HR Visa and Immigration consultant for the Medical SchoolWork directly with internal Medical School and University stakeholders to provide expert knowledge, consultation, and guidance on all visa and immigration matters. Serve as a Medical School liaison with International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS).Serve as a Medical School Visa liaison with University of Minnesota Physicians, including consultation and tracking on physician visas cases.Develop and provide education and coaching on immigration policy and procedures to all level of employees, including senior leadership, to ensure compliance and understandingProvide consultation
