REQUIREMENTS:  A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. In order to perform satisfactorily in this position, the candidate will need a minimum of 15 years of experience in a related field and must have considerable supervisory experience.  Must have a good understanding of accounting principles and procedures as they relate to the financial management of a rural electric utility.  Should be proficient in the areas of expense analysis, accounts payable, payroll, property records and long-term debt acquisition.   Must be accurate in detailed analysis and computational tasks.
