The duties include the provision of consultation, review and oversight of prehospital operational activities. Conduct comprehensive complaint investigations and prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations. Evaluate clinical care practices of basic and advanced life support, specialty care, and air medical services for changes and improvements. Prepare written reports containing findings, conclusions and recommendations. Support the enforcement actions taken by the Office of the Attorney General on the Department's behalf.
