Paralegal (CHC)
JOB SUMMARY: The Paralegal keeps abreast of a large volume of contracts and provides professional support to the Legal Affairs Department. The Paralegal is responsible for day-to-day legal-related activities such as, but not limited to, review, revising, and drafting contracts and legal memoranda under the supervision of the attorney; assisting with litigation including responses to letters, subpoenas, and open records requests; organizing information and preparing correspondence and written reports as needed by the department.
