As the Lead Personnel Investigator, you will provide expert-level investigative services to employees, managers, and supervisors. Reporting to the People Services Investigation Manager, you will be at the forefront of resolving complex personnel issues, using your expert knowledge of human resources to promote DOH’s values of human-centeredness, equity, partnership, collaboration, and excellence.   In this role, you will collaborate with various partners, including DOH Appointing Authorities and managers, HR Business Partners, exclusive bargaining representatives, employees, the Assistant Attorney General, and other external partners. Your work will involve conducting complex, sensitive, and thorough investigations to address and resolve personnel issues effective
