Scope of Position: The Digital Pathology Department provides continuity of care for patients of OSUWMC as it relates to surgical pathology cases that are performed at OSUWMC. As well as cases that originate at outside institutions and are now being referred for secondary review at OSUWMC. These services support clinical care, clinical trials, and research activities as relates to digital services.Position Summary: The Digital Processing Technician provides high quality customer service for the Digital Pathology Program. This position involves the preparation of microscopy slides for scanning and the use of scanning instrumentation to obtain digital images. This includes daily use of scanning instrumentation, its compon
